Paphos Area:

Please be aware that prices in Paphos are rising quickly. We cannot stress enough that if you are serious about Cyprus, now is the time to buy. Budget for a minimum of CY£55,000 in Paphos unless it is a one bedroomed apartment you want. Prices are lower as you move away east from Paphos, but properties advertised at CY£30,000 are usually, not available. 

Some estate agents windows, and some advertisers are advertising properties at low prices to tempt you into the shop. We know from our own experience, and feedback from people we have assisted, that what we say is correct. These properties are usually not available when you get there and you will be dissapointed. Let us help and advise you truthfully.

Of course we have others, starting from CY£50,000 in Paphos for an apartment, and others in other parts of the island which start from CY£45,000. Re-sales although rare are sometimes available. Larnaca is now becoming a sought after area as property is cheaper but the demand is growing. We cover all of southern Cyprus so please do ask if you require any further information on other area's.

Some properties are available within three months, others are currently in the building stage. You can usually choose your internal finishes with these, which makes it more exciting when you purchase.
Re-sales are also available, but these are not so plentiful and you must be careful with the quality and finish as some may be quite old. Make sure you check them out.

Second hand or new?  It's always nice to be able to see what you are buying rather than buying from a drawing. But this argument defeats itself when six months later you are in it and its UNUSED. It's guaranteed and its mint. BUY NEW and be patient.

The area where we offer properties and land is all over southern Cyprus. Paphos is highly sought after but Limassol scores highly with some people preferring Larnaca or the Protara’s region. It all depends what lifestyle suits you personally. Sea view, or mountain, we can assist.

Coral Bay, near Paphos, has been designated as the site for the new Cyprus Marina soon to be developed. Boating enthusiast's take note, it's five minutes to your Villa if you buy in the Coral Bay area. 

Gas, electric and rates. Normally vast chunks from your pension or income. Here in Cyprus £200 per annum should cover it. Your pension is taxed here in Cyprus just like it is in the UK. The Cyprus Government WANT you to bring your pension here so it arrives untaxed and then 5% is deducted not the 22% you have deducted in the UK. That's a 17% rise in your income on day one! 

Thinking of a move, packing up and getting out, dumping the country, call it what you will, a move abroad is the best thing you will ever do. You will soon realise how bad the weather has treated you over the years, as coughs colds and flu are seldom experienced in warmer climates. Aching bones, arthritis, asthma? Well, here in the sun, a good walk on the beach will solve all that, right down to skin and breathing complaints removed, as the power of the sun is awesome.......
